Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole Recipe
There are some tips for making this dish more delicious, you can use Rotisserie chicken or if you don't have it, you can use other types, please look for it in the grocery store.

I usually use 1.5-2 lbs, raw chicken tenders, my preferred cooking method is to place chicken tenders on a baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil then season with salt and pepper. Do you want to try it? See recipe details below.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick (8 tbsp) butter, melted
  • 1 package dry stuffing mix
  • 4 cups cooked, diced chicken*
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Then use cooking spray, spray it on a 9x13 inch pan, then use a large bowl, shake it with soup and condensed milk, then stir the chicken that is being cooked.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Use a separate bowl, pour the melted butter into the dry filling mixture, stir gently until all the mixture is coated with butter.
  5. Sprinkle on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover the pan with foil, bake at 350 degrees F 20-30 minutes.
  7. Remove the aluminum foil, then bake for 10-20 minutes, or until browned.
