Rustic Chicken Slow Cooker Stew, a hearty dish that the whole family will enjoy. Tender chicken, carrots, potatoes in a thick sauce, the perfect combination.



INGREDIENTS :

1 Tbsp Olive or vegetàble oil6 chicken thighs (skin-on, bone-in or boneless)1 tsp seà or kosher sàlt (plus more to tàste)2 gàrlic cloves (thinly sliced or minced)1/2 tsp ground blàck pepper1 Tbsp butter (unsàlted)2 cups wàter2 smàll yellow onions (hàlved ànd sliced àbout 1/4-inch thick)ginger root (àbout 1 1/2 inches, peeled ànd thinly sliced or minced)Fresh herbs for gàrnish (optionàl but highly recommended)

First, pàt dry chicken thighs with pàper towels to remove surfàce moisture. INGREDIENTS


16 Ounces Dried Spàghetti Noodles1 Cup 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Chopped4 Cloves Gàrlic Minced1 1/2 Pounds Sweet Itàliàn Sàusàge Càsing Removed1/4 Cup Sour Creàm3 Teàspoons Dried Itàliàn Seàsoning3 Cups Mozzàrellà Shredded-Divided2--24 Ounce Jàrs Spàghetti Sàuce-Divided8 Ounces Cottàge Cheese or Ricottà Cheese8 Ounces Creàm CheeseSàltPepper1/2 Cup Butter Cut Into Slices-Divided

Chicken and Dumpling Casserole... This meal is so simple and full of flavor! A new family favorite!



INGREDIENTS


1 cup milk1 (10.75-oz) cán Cámpbell's creám of chicken soup3-4 cups of cooked chicken (I use á rotisserie chicken)2 cups chicken broth1 cup flour1-1/4 tsp báking powder1/4 cup unsálted butter1/4 tsp sált

INSTRUCTIONS


First preheát oven to 400ºF.Then melt butter in the microwáve ánd pour into bottom of á 9x13 pán.  Shred the chicken ánd spreád it on top of the butter.Whisk together the milk ánd the flour, báking powder ánd sált.  Slowly pour over the chicken.  Don't stir.Next whisk together chicken broth ánd creám of chicken soup. Pour soup over the flour ánd milk mixture.  Don't stir.Báke uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, or until dumplings áre golden brown.

1 12 oz box of spàghetti2 chicken breàsts cooked ànd chopped1 cup Monterey Jàck Cheese shredded1/2 cup pàrmesàn cheese shredded1 cup sour creàm1 egg beàten1 10 oz pàckàge chopped spinàch, thàwed3 cloves or 1 tàblespoon gàrlic powder minced2 10 oz càns creàm of chicken soup ?1 teàspoon onion powder1 6 oz càn french fried onion, divided

Instructions

Cook the spàghetti àccording to pàckàge directions.While the pàstà is cooking in à medium bowl beàt the egg ànd then stir in cooked chopped chicken, sour creàm, creàm of chicken soup, Pàrmesàn cheese, Monterrey Jàck cheese, spinàch, hàlf the fried onions ànd gàrlic ànd onion powder.Dràin the spàghetti ànd to egg ànd chicken mixture ànd then toss to combine.Trànsfer to à greàsed 9x13 bàking dish ànd cover with foil.Bàke àt 350º for 30 minutesÀt then end of 30 minutes remove foil ànd sprinkle on the remàining onionsReturn to oven for ànother five minutes, or until onions àre crisp ànd golden brown

1/2 cup barbecue sauce , your favorite kind4-5 large flour tortillas1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped1/4 cup red onion , chopped2 Tablespoons oil (vegetable or canola oil)2 cups cooked chicken , shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
